
Terms and Conditions – Ash Trix, Magician

The client must provide a clean, private space at the venue for Ash Trix to prepare or change if required. A toilet is not acceptable for this purpose. The performance will not commence until this condition is met.

Ash Trix reserves the right to distribute business cards during the event unless a third-party contract explicitly prohibits this. Any such restrictions must be provided in writing before the event.

During close-up, parlour, or performance segments, no guests or members of the public may access the performance area or stage until all props and equipment have been safely removed, unless specifically invited by Ash Trix.

The client must provide a secure, dry location for Ash’s equipment and bag. For both close-up and larger performances, a private area away from guests is required for setup and preparation

A soft drink should be made available to Ash Trix upon arrival at the venue.

Ash Trix – Magician is an independent performer and does not represent the branding, views, or affiliations of any venue, company, or third party he may work with.

If additional performance time is requested beyond the agreed duration, it will be charged at £100 per hour, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed in writing via email.

In the rare event of abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behaviour, Ash Trix reserves the right to pause or stop the performance until the situation is resolved. The client remains liable for the full agreed fee unless an alternative arrangement is confirmed in writing.

The full balance for the booking must be paid no later than 24 hours before the event, unless otherwise stated in writing. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the performance, with the client still liable for the agreed fee.

Any changes to event timing or scheduling must be confirmed and agreed in writing via email.

All deposits are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that Ash Trix is unable to attend. In such circumstances, a replacement magician of equal professional standard will be sourced unless the client prefers otherwise.

If the event is cancelled less than 1 month before the agreed date, the client will be liable for the full fee.

Cancellations made 2 months prior to the event will incur 50% of the agreed fee.

Cancellations made 3 months prior will incur 25% of the agreed fee.

All cancellations must be confirmed both by telephone and email.

If parking charges apply at the venue, the client is responsible for covering these costs.
